Two ways to buy
Companies in Zhejiang usually buy WorkBuddy Enterprise one of two ways:

Both routes activate the same Tencent Cloud product; the difference is the buying process and the services around it.
Verifying an authorized partner
Before choosing a partner, check three things:
- The certificate: it should be issued by Tencent Cloud, name the authorized company, and cover WorkBuddy.
- Company registration: look up the authorized company and the contracting company in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System or a service such as Qichacha. If they differ, ask how the two are related.
- Official sources: the partner can point to the official docs behind editions, prices, credits and expiry, and the quote states edition, seats, term and any services.
Can companies outside Ningbo buy?
Yes. WorkBuddy Enterprise is an online cloud service (except Private Enterprise); Flagship and Exclusive run on Tencent Cloud wherever the company is. Contracts, payment and invoices can all be handled remotely.
On-site work is mainly delivery: internal training, mapping use cases and private deployment. Whether it is remote or on-site, how often and at what cost is set in the proposal.

FAQ
Is buying through a partner more expensive?
Not necessarily. Prices follow the formal quote, which should show the subscription and any service fees separately so they can be compared with list prices.
We already bought from Tencent Cloud. Can a partner still do the rollout?
Yes. Deployment, training and use-case work are separate services with their own scope and fees.
Who issues the invoice?
When you buy from Tencent Cloud, invoices come from the Tencent Cloud console; through a partner, the issuer and method follow the order, so confirm before ordering.
