Choosing among the three Enterprise editions

WorkBuddy Enterprise has three editions. Much of the functionality is shared; deployment and minimum seats are what differ.

Flagship Exclusive Private Enterprise
Where it runs Tencent Cloud shared VPC Tencent Cloud dedicated VPC On-premises
Minimum seats 1 100 By consultation
List price ¥198/seat/month or ¥2,376/seat/year ¥316/seat/month or ¥3,792/seat/year By consultation
Usage 2,000 credits per seat a month, shared As Flagship No usage limit
Also Admin console, SSO All of Flagship plus dedicated network access and enterprise plugins All administration features

Most teams start with Flagship. Network isolation and 100 or more seats point to Exclusive; data that must stay in your own environment points to Private Enterprise. Purchases through Easy AI follow the formal quote.

Six things to prepare for a quote

  1. Users: which teams, how many people and who pilots it.
  2. Tasks: what material it handles, what it delivers and which steps stay human-reviewed.
  3. Edition: Flagship, Exclusive, Private Enterprise or undecided.
  4. Existing accounts: whether staff use personal accounts and who owns them.
  5. Term and invoicing: monthly or annual, invoice type and title.
  6. Extra services: whether deployment, training or support is needed, and from whom.

Mark each item confirmed, open or not needed. You can download the purchase brief and fill it in.

How far the credits go

Flagship and Exclusive give 2,000 credits per seat a month, shared across the team and refreshed monthly. Every conversation request consumes credits; how many depends on the model and the task. Long-document analysis, multi-turn conversations and knowledge-base retrieval use more.

The team total is seats × 2,000. When use concentrates on a few people, the total usually suffices; when most people work it hard every day, estimate ahead. A reliable way is to let three to five typical users work for one or two weeks and record what they use.

From inquiry to go-live

  1. Send the need: seats, tasks, start date and existing accounts.
  2. Check terms: edition, quantity, term and price; confirm deployment and administrators.
  3. Trial: if you need one, confirm availability, allowance and cost.
  4. Confirm the order: contents, invoicing details and delivery.
  5. Hand-over: assign seats, name administrators and agree who sends renewal reminders.

Four things buyers miss

  • Pricing by seats alone: the same seat count costs differently on a shared VPC, a dedicated VPC or on-premises.
  • Assuming training and support are included: the subscription and implementation are separate and need their own agreement.
  • Carrying personal accounts over as they are: personal accounts and Enterprise seats are managed separately; agree how material moves before switching.
  • Renewing on the expiry date: Enterprise stops working at expiry, so start renewal approval at least a month ahead.

FAQ

Can seats alone set a fixed price?

Seats are one input. Edition, term and separately agreed services all change the quote; estimates made before the scope is confirmed are not a final price.

How is Private Enterprise priced?

By consultation, quoted separately for the deployment environment, scale and requirements.

Can we ask before the requirements are complete?

Yes. One representative task, a seat range and an expected start date are enough. Do not send passwords, keys or unapproved business material in a first inquiry.
