Six checks a month before expiry

Enterprise stops working at expiry, so start renewal approval at least a month ahead. Check:

1. Usage: the team’s credit use over the past three months and whether the allowance runs out.
2. Seats: active users against authorised seats; departed staff’s seats reclaimed.
3. Edition: after changes in headcount or network needs, whether Flagship, Exclusive or Private Enterprise fits best.
4. Term: monthly or annual; annual costs less and is less flexible.
5. Budget and approval: renewal amount, payment method and the time internal approval takes.
6. Invoice and contract: whether the invoice title, tax ID or other details have changed.

Put the review next to the partner’s quote before choosing a renewal plan.

What expiry stops

The official credits page states that Enterprise cannot be used at all after expiry. Work in progress stops with it, so do not leave renewal to the last days.

The official pages do not state how long data is kept after expiry. Export what you need beforehand and confirm in writing with the official team or your partner.

Seat changes and reclaiming seats

Enterprise is subscribed per seat, and administrators assign seats in the admin console.

• Adding seats: method, timing and billing follow Tencent Cloud’s order rules and the formal quote.
• Removing seats: the same; check first which seats have gone unused.
• Staff changes: reclaim seats promptly when people leave or move, and reassign them.
• Edition threshold: Exclusive starts at 100 seats; if headcount drops below that, confirm you still qualify.

With shared credits, use often concentrates on a few people. Reallocating seats usually helps more than adding them.

Invoices

Enterprise invoices are issued in the enterprise backend of the Tencent Cloud console. When buying through Easy AI, who issues the invoice and how follows the order agreement; confirm before ordering.
