The difference in one line

A personal plan belongs to one person: the account, credits and payment are theirs. Enterprise belongs to the company: it buys seats, and an admin assigns licenses, manages members and reviews usage in a console.

Prices and credits

These are the prices in the official docs. Enterprise prices through Easy AI follow the formal quote.

Personal (per account, monthly price):

Paid personal plans also have discounted auto-renewing monthly and yearly prices and limited-time bonus credits. WorkBuddy and CodeBuddy share credits on the same account.

Enterprise (per seat):

Two tiers called “Flagship”

Personal and Enterprise each have a tier called Flagship, which is easy to mix up in quotes and approvals:

• Personal Flagship: ¥999/month, one account, 20,000 base credits a month.
• Enterprise Flagship: ¥198/seat/month, bought by seat, runs in a Tencent Cloud shared VPC, with enterprise admin features.

Write the full name, “WorkBuddy Enterprise Flagship” or “personal Flagship”, in purchase requests so the approval and the quote match.

Admin features

Of the features in the official edition list, these are for managing a team and are not in personal plans:

• License management: the admin assigns licenses to members and reclaims and reassigns them when people change.
• Single sign-on (SSO): members sign in with the company’s existing accounts.
• Efficiency dashboard and member statistics: see how the team uses it.

Exclusive adds dedicated network access and enterprise plugins; Private Enterprise runs on the company’s own premises.

At expiry

• Personal: when a paid plan lapses, the account’s monthly allowance falls back to the Trial level and the account still works.
• Enterprise: when it lapses, the company can no longer use any feature of the product.

Start Enterprise renewal approval at least a month ahead; see renewals, seat changes and expiry.

When to move to Enterprise

Consider Enterprise when any of these applies:

• Three or more people use it for work long term, the company pays, and invoices need to be consolidated.
• You need to know who uses it and how much, and to reclaim access when someone leaves.
• The company requires sign-in through its own account system, or has rules on network isolation or data location.
• Work material has built up in personal accounts and its ownership needs to be clear.

For one or two people trying it out before a use is settled, a personal plan is enough.

FAQ

Can a personal account be upgraded to Enterprise?

Personal upgrades only move between personal tiers (Standard, Advanced, Flagship). Enterprise is a separate subscription; members’ personal accounts are managed apart from Enterprise licenses, so confirm how material moves over before switching.

What if Enterprise credits run short?

Enterprise gives 2,000 credits per seat a month, shared across the team. When usage is concentrated in a few people the total is usually enough; add-on packs and other Enterprise billing follow Tencent Cloud’s Enterprise billing terms, so confirm them with the quote.

Can we try a personal plan before buying Enterprise?

Yes. Have a few typical users try it for one to two weeks and record actual usage, then size the Enterprise seats and edition from that. Whether a trial is available, and its allowance and cost, is confirmed with the quote.
